Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable but transferable to 1 future rescheduled appointment if rescheduled 48hrs prior to your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled twice consecutively we will require the full cost of the service. If you no show (no call or text) your card will be charged 100% of your total appointment cost, No exceptions. Training deposits are non-refundable but transferable to future rescheduled dates if rescheduled 5 business days prior to your training date for private training or 10 business day for group trainings.
