We are committed to respecting the privacy of our clients and customers , we will not share any information received with any third party outside of our team other than those necessary to fulfill your request.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your products and we understand how important it is to be 100% satisfied with your tools when it comes to your craft. Please let us know at starstruckedbeauty@gmail.com if you have any problems with our products and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

We do not offer refunds but in some cases a store credit will be issued. 

In the unlikely event your product is damaged or defective due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace it at no extra charge.​

Private and Group Class Policies

​

Please note all class payments are none refundable.

To reschedule a private class reserved date, request must be submitted within 5 business days of the scheduled class date.

10 business days will apply on all Group courses respectively.
