Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-4 business days for order processing. In times of a high volume of orders 4-7 business days may be needed. This does not include shipping time.

Training kits may need 7-10 business days for processing. During this time you can request to start your course before you receive your kit.

All orders can be subject to delays for a number of reasons out of our control, however, we apologize in advance. 

Orders are not shipped on Weekends or stat holidays. No orders will be delivered to customers on Sundays or stat holidays.

All shipments are made via Canada Post and will be delivered by your local post office/your country's postal service. 

Once your package has left our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping company. All questions in regards tho the tracking number provided should be directed to your postal service.

Canadian Shipping options are standard shipping 5-10 business days $18

Express shipping 2-4 business days $22

International shipping is standard shipping 5-10 business days depending on your location $22

We will not be responsible for customers not receiving orders due to providing us with the incorrect address, we send orders to the address provided, our fulfilment system Is automated so we do not check addresses. Please check you address is correct before submitting your order. If your order is returned to us for being undeliverable, then you, the customer will be required to pay the new shipping costs.

International orders may incur a customs charge/import fee, it is the customers  responsibility to pay the fee.
